TCG-COLLECTION SHIPPING POLICY

At TCG-Collection, we are committed to processing all orders within 24 hours (business days).

Shipments are made from Spain using a premium parcel service contracted with Correos, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 working hours in the peninsula.

Shipping rates include costs related to transportation, packaging, and handling. Please note that these rates may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

At TCG-Collection, we pride ourselves on guaranteeing that all our products will be packaged and handled with the utmost care, ensuring premium service at all times.

We ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We are also pleased to inform you that we will soon be offering shipping to the rest of Europe through companies such as MRW, UPS and SEUR.

Follow-up

At TCG-Collection, we care about keeping you informed every step of the way. Once you place your order, you will receive a text message or email confirming your shipment and providing a tracking code, which you can use to check the status of your package on the postal service website.
